Our Summer menu features a variety of new dishes with seasonal ingredients and exquisite flavours. Highlights include Scallop Ceviche with Tiger's milk dressing, Cauliflower Mac & Cheese, and a Biscoff Sticky Date with caramel toffee cream, candied walnut, fior de latte and date sauce.
