At SURE Building & Pest we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality property inspection services to Perth home owners. Our extensive range of building and pest inspections all come with detailed reports sent on the same day of the inspection. Our inspections include structural inspection, termite and pest inspection, combined inspection, comprehensive inspection, roof frame inspection, plate high inspection, slab pour inspection and more. SURE Building & Pest was established by Richard Edwards, in 2016, after Richard attempted to procure a supportive, informed, and professional building inspection on a property he was considering purchasing as an interstate investor. As Richard had never seen the site before, he was relying heavily on a prompt and detailed inspection report to fully inform him of the condition of the property. Unfortunately, there were large gaps in the quality and efficiency of the report and Richard did not want others to experience similar difficulties when purchasing a property. He then embarked on obtaining the skills, knowledge and qualifications required to operate as a building inspector in Western Australia and soon after established SURE Building & Pest.
