My business is all about people and helping them to navigate modern technology. I deal with both businesses and residential users dealing with issues ranging from failed hardware on their computers to helping them set up their laptops, printers and phones.
If I could describe my aims in my business,it is to do my best to put people at ease while helping them to understand what is happening and then solving their issues.
I started this business back in 2008 which is a long time to have a business and now I have over 2000 active customers that I keep in touch with via newsletters and blogs.
I was previously to 2008, employed as a Senior Software Developer with companies in London, Perth and Sydney. The GFC saw my job go down and when the economy recovered, I discovered I was happy running my I.T. business here in Woodvale, and I never went back to long work hours hunched over a computer.
I now serve people in the northern suburbs of Perth and I am both happy and proud to be a resource to help local residents and businesses.
