honestly I have a bad experience with this Bank |#|I went to the RCBC RFC Branch I wanted to open an account under Instacard Process, the teller (seated on the right side corner near the entrance) said they dont have an instacard and is not familiar with it, she said I can go to BDO and try to apply for a credit card.
