Cebu Ritz Flowers and Balloons started out in the 1980's as one of the first balloon shops in Cebu City, Philippines. We were known then as Ritz Balloons and Party Needs and had branches in Quezon City, Paranaque, Makati and Cebu City. Back then, Ritz specialized in children's birthday parties, table and chair rentals, clown and magician services, and party catering services.
