Joe?s Party Shop ( JPS ) is an enterprise that started in 1986. It was set up by Mr. Jose de los Santos, now 88 years old, who was then about to retire as laborer at the Manila Cordage in the 1980s. The products and services of JPS include balloons, rental of chairs and tables, tents, party entertainment such as clowns, mascots, face painters and puppet shows. JPS can also provide food carts, party games, pi?ata and play gadgets. JPS is managed by the youngest son of Jose, Victor M. de los Santos since 1990. It has expanded its services to include Balloon Decoration, balloon-stick-holder and customized buntings.
