The Association or Federation of Rural Bankers in Pangasinan was in existence since the middle part of 1960's. It was then perennially headed by the late Atty. Eleno de Guzman, whose children Atty. Melchor (deceased) and now by lovely wife Maribel, Rafael E. de Guzman (deceased) with wife Conchita Rivas de Guzman and Maria Teresa de Guzman with husband Edgar Tan, are separately managing R.B. Burgos, R.B. Mangatarem and R.B. Bani respectively.
