To whom it may concern, I am a student of AMA Computer College Angeles Campus located at #733 P. Santos St., Londale bldg, Nepo subd, Angeles City. I am very alarm to NO PERMIT, NO EXAMINATION POLICY of our school because as I believe there is a Memorandum Order No. 9 Series of 2013 that allows the students to take examination even they do not have permits. This NO PERMIT, NO EXAMINATION POLICY affects the students in many ways. First, the school requires the student to pay special examination fee amounting to P100.00 and if it’s in the final examinations the fee will be P150.00 plus the long processing of your request which is very expensive and time consuming. And we know that the student is having a hard time to pay for their tuition then they will require other fees which will hurt furthermore the students. Second, if the students will not be able to take exams they give more effort to review because the exam will be harder and longer. Third, it will affect the self-esteem of t
