soy una persona de 58 años con contracturas en las cervicales todo el día, que me producian cefaleas muy intensas, visite los mejores medicos de la plata, fui a los mejores gimnasios en cuanto a nombre de la plata,algunos me hicieron peor, hasta que una amiga me llevo a cenabiop, y cambio mi vida, desde hace 3 meses se me fueron las contracturas, volvi a vivir, estoy muy contenta con el trabajo que realiza su profesora que es muy profesional y nos cuida exelentemente para que no realizemos ejercicios inadecuados, muchas gracias sofia...

fui al traumatologo porque me dolia la cintura y me salio que tengo sacro plano. quisiera saber si puedo hacer pilates teniendo esto, y si me pueden contar cuanto dura cada clase, los horarios que tienen disponibles y si es posible el valor mensual de las mismas. desde ya muchas gracias. me encantaria que me respondan a mi mail, ya que llegué a esta pagina de casualidad y no se si voy a saber entrar de nuevo. gracias
