Este servicio funciona desde febrero de este año y se originó con el objeto de agilizar la resolución de situaciones reportadas por los vecinos a la línea telefónica gratuita del Centro de Atención Telefónica de la Municipalidad de La Plata (opción 1) 0800 -999- 5959. Al recibir la llamada, los operadores toman el reclamo, se asigna un numero de gestión que servirá para monitorear el estado del pedido, y en 72 horas como máximo, el problema estará resuelto.
Nos encargamos de la recolección de residuos no habituales -escombros, ramas, electrodomésticos –; reparación de luminarias rotas o fuera de funcionamiento; limpieza de basurales; reposición de árboles en cuadrantes o casuelas donde antes haya habido una especie; corte de pasto en la vía pública - de su propiedad o del vecino- limpieza de desagües pluviales para que el agua fluya normalmente en caso de lluvias y el retiro de animales sin vida de la vía pública.
Llamanos de lunes a sábado de 8 a 20 hs. al Centro de Atención Telefónica de la Municipalidad de La Plata (opción 1) y en 72 hs, como máximo, resolvemos tu pedido.
