As., mi expertisse es tanto en ADMINISTRACION DE CONSORCIOS como en la REDACCIÓN DE REGLAMENTOS DE COPROPIEDAD y REGLAMENTOS INTERNOS.Me diferencio del resto de las administraciones de consorcios por llevar a cabo mi gestión con PROFESIONALISMO y por la alta calidad de los servicios brindados; logrando así una atención ajustada a las necesidades de cada Consorcio.
Si bien soy administrador, trabajo con el concepto de GERENTE, esto es prever y tratar de anticiparse a los acontecimientos; hacer mas eficientes los recursos aportados por los propietarios y cuidar sus intereses en lo que se refiere a su condominio sobre las cosas comunes.

• Mantener el edificio edilicia y funcionalmente en perfectas condiciones para evitar la desvalorización del mismo.
• Disponer un sistema para el manejo inmediato de las emergencias.
• Hacer visitas semanales de control al edificio.
• Liquidar las expensas de forma clara y detallada.
• Poner a disposición de los consorcistas varias alternativas para el pago de las expensas.
• Poner a disposición del Consejo de Administración, en todo momento la documentación de los gastos liquidados.
• Mantener las instalaciones comunes en perfecto funcionamiento.
• Contratar la totalidad de los seguros obligatorios.
• Vigilar el desempeño del personal del inmueble.
• Cumplir y hacer cumplir la ley y el Reglamento de Copropiedad.
• Dar cuenta de mi gestión en forma periódica y documentada.
Una total transparencia administrativa muestra mi grado de COMPROMISO y RESPONSABILIDAD para con los consorcios administrados.
