"GR Mantenimiento nació en 2009 como electricidad en general y mantenimiento industrial.Hoy solo nos dedicamos al mantenimiento de locales comerciales, salones de fiesta, bancos, locales de créditos, Consorcios, etc.
Lo que intentamos hacer es despreocupar al dueño o encargado del lugar de las tareas del mantenimiento de su local.
Por ejemplo con nuestros clientes hacemos un contrato en el cual uno de nosotros pasamos todas las semanas las veces que fueron
acordadas para hacer un control general del estado del edificio y también realizamos tareas básicas como el cambio de lamparas,
lubricar cerraduras, cambio de modulos electricos, revisar sillas, mesas, tableros, para que todo se encuentre en las condiciones optimas y varias tareas que entran dentro
de un mantenimiento que llamamos MANTENIMIENTO PREVENTIVO. Eso estaría incluido dentro de un presupuesto mensual antes acordado que incluye solo la mano de obra.
Un ejemplo: se cambian dos lamparas; solo se cobra las dos lamparas. la mano de obra no
Luego si nosotros notamos que hay tareas mas importantes para realizar que no están incluidas en el presupuesto del mantenimiento preventivo, se
hará un presupuesto por ese trabajo sin la obligación de hacerlo con nosotros.
