GQC Homes can take care of all aspects of your building process from initial stages of planning and design, to final handover of construction. QC Homes is a family run business in South Australia, and has been established since 2007. We understand that building a new home or renovating might only happen once or twice in a lifetime. For that reason, we specialize in building custom designed residential homes, At GQC Homes we offer a personalized service as for every project. We listen to our clients’ needs and wants. From the initial consultation, we start with design brief, desires, outcomes and budget. At GQC Homes we pride ourselves on transparency, quality and a can-do attitude. Grant Goode our Managing Director is a carpenter by trade, and has been in the construction industry since 2002. Over these years Grant has gained a wealth of knowledge, skills and built strong relationships with suppliers and trades. Grant progressed from a contract carpenter in 2007 when GQC Homes was formed. GQC Homes employs their own highly skilled carpenters on a full-time basis. GQC homes utilizes the same trades for each and every project, this ensures we achieve the same quality control over every project. Our name says it all Goode Quality Constructions.
