Dael has been teaching yoga for fourteen years, and is a Yoga Therapist with 5 years training, specialising in the healing approach of yoga as taught by the Krishnamacharya Healing and Yoga Foundation (KHYF). She teaches at her home studio in Attadale, Perth where she has small group classes and private Yoga Theraputic consultations that offer a personalised home yoga practice. Her mentor is Barbara Brian of Agama Yoga Centre, Melbourne ( a student of TKV Desikachar). Through the years her yoga journey has encompassed many schools of yoga including Integral, Om Kara Kriya, Iyengar and Ashtanga and she has had many great teachers along the way. She came to Desikachar's teaching in 2001, and has continued in this path. She is a Registered Senior Teacher, Level 3 (Yoga Australia), a member of AAYT (Australian Association of Yoga Therapists) & IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists). In Feb 2014 Dael completed iRest Level 1 and is now an iRest Teacher-in-Training Level 1.
