It is a spectacular facility for fitness, the type that will get you leaner, fitter, faster, stronger, more powerful and moving naturally... The way every human being should be. Our gym is a sanctuary for functional fitness. Within our humble community, there are no mirrors, glitz, glamour or ego-driven people, we focus on one thing ‘RESULTS‘. In our gym, you will find and use barbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, tires, climbing ropes, jump ropes, medicine balls, 2 rigs (pull-up bars, Squat racks etc), Sandbags, benches, rowers, bikes, it’s that simple. Making Human Fitness one of the premier fitness facilities on the Central Coast, If it isn’t functional and effective you won’t find it in our gym! You will love training at Human Fitness, being a part of our community and also having access to our chill zone (Mobility equipment, comfortable seating, available Wifi) designated Male and Female toilets and change rooms and a shower to freshen up pre or post-workout.
