Our multidisciplinary team have skills targeting a range of needs. Whether it is to develop personal independence, right through to running a marathon we have you covered.At O2TESST we recognise that optimal results require a holistic approach. Your mind is a powerful tool, and if you neglect your mental health, your physical health will be compromised. Further, there is no point training hard and eating junk, it just does not work. Further, if you have any sporting ambitions, without the appropriate training stimulus your results will be suboptimal.
O2TESST has three distinct branches, psychology, dietetics and sport science. Each work together, ultimately, allowing you to reach your goals sooner.
Dietetics - have our accredited practicing dietitians (APD) conduct a nutritional assessment for you. There is so much misinformation out there and at O2TESST we feel its best to use information which is backed by scientific evidence.
Sport Science - with O2TESST you will be working with an ESSA accredited exercise scientist (AES), using the highest quality testing equipment on the market. This technology will not only assess where you are now but show you the path to optimizing future performance.
