Our four-level class system makes it easy to choose the right class and progress when you’re ready. Level 1 is beginner-friendly, Level 2 builds strength and fitness, and Level 3 offers a bigger challenge. Every 45-minute class can be adjusted to suit you, and is easy to fit into busy days, with great availability at peak times.
