Fleur Wellbeing is a Pilates studio based in Charlestown, Newcastle NSW. We are the best Pilates studio in the Lake Macquarie and Hunter Region. We offer a wide range of Pilates classes such as group Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Private Pilates sessions, Prenatal Pilates, Barre, Barre HIIT, Barre Sculpt, Barre Booty + Core, TRX suspension training, Beach Bod Circuit, Simply Stretch and regularly hold workshops and classes specialising in Pilates for Dancers and injury prevention. We also now offer ONLINE CLASSES! We also have a Physiotherapist at the studio who offers a wide range of services and we work closely together to give our clients the very best of treatment options. We have an onsite accredited dietition who also runs nutrition and health workshops at the studio. People travel from all over the lake Macquarie and Hunter Region and from all suburbs such as Whitebridge, Dudley, Redhead, Mount Hutton, Merewether Heights, Kotara, Adamstown, New Lambton, Warner's Bay and Newcastle.
