Rich & Oliva Pty Ltd opened its doors in 1989 at 147 Georges River Road, Croydon Park and then moved to a larger premises at 228 Georges River Road, Croydon Park corner of Clyde Street. Then in 2000, we purchased its current premises, the ex-Westpac bank at 129 Georges River Road, Croydon Park on the corner of Seymour Street.
In 2012, Rich & Oliva expanded into Burwood. Our aim is to be more in touch with a wider community and to combine enquiries for properties from both local areas. We are now positioned on two high exposure corner locations being 256 Burwood Road, Burwood and 129 Georges River Road, Croydon Park.
