With over a decade working alongside young children and families as a welfare professional I studied counselling, hypnosis and divorce coaching to better assist those wishing to move forward and create the life they want.

Specialising in the area of couples therapy and separation, I have seen first-hand the benefits couples experience when they work with a coach to separate amicably.

In cases where only one member of the couple choose coaching, the ability to work quickly through knee-jerk emotions allows that person to make clear decisions they can be confident with and minimise the conflict with their former partner.
