Hello, I’m Pauline Dudley, and I am a qualified Professional Counsellor working in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley Region of New South Wales. I am registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), and I am also a registered NDIS provider. In my practice, I offer mobile, in-house, and online counselling services (conditions apply), with flexible hours available, tailored to suit your needs. My professional and life experiences are diverse and span over many years, and my passion in life has always been about helping people to overcome life stresses and to find a sense of equilibrium so that they can manage everyday life challenges. I entered this profession later in life based on my own private journey and decided to re-educate myself along the way. I have a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling), a Diploma of Counselling and Communication, and many years of complex Mental Health experience. I work with women of all ages and backgrounds and have a dedicated interest in helping them. I draw on my gentle nature, empathy, and understanding and my natural ability to be in their presence. I frequently undertake professional development to remain well-informed about new developments relating to the counselling and therapeutic profession, and I attend regular supervision to provide my clientele with skilled and helpful feedback to enhance their journey. My aim is to give women hope and a sense of safety to feel good about themselves, thus increasing their self-love, self-awareness, and the motivation to take control of their life accomplishments.
