I ordered a fragile item of which the package specifically had fragile stickers on it. The package was thrown ove my gate and because I can't see it when I open my wooden gates, I drove over it! Explain please why it was thrown over the gate when a fragile sticker is on it? (218740160435)

A package ( carton) booked at Karachi Pakistan having Airway bill 211002853876 was received on 18th Dec. 2015. We have found that one packet consisting of clothes and a notebook is missing. As this package was with melbourne custom for 3 days perhaps they have taken out that packet before releasing the package. Please check with customs and inform me at your earliest.
