RUDE BEHAVIOR, PLEASE AVOID. This is my second time to Barnacles and I am compelled to bring to your notice. To Start with, The place is short staffed with one woman doing the cooking and another taking orders for bistro as well as takeaway. They were rude, I mean it. I had to wait 15 minutes just to order the fish and another 20 mins to get it (13/03/2011 around 7PM). They were rude with caustic replies and I noticed them do the same to 2 other non white customers before me. She also cut me off to take an order from another white female customer. I would never come to this place again and would like to complain to Kiama Municipal councill. They really should not be in such a role which requires customer service and they are bringing a bad name to Kiama. I like to visit kiama because it is such a nice place but people like these ruin the whole experience which is not good from the tourism and business point of view for Kiama.
