"Hi, I’m Lisa.
I am a belief based spiritual life coach. To me spirituality equals connection. Feeling disconnected within and to our bodies, others, the universe and source energy creates disharmony, dis-ease and distress. It is my intention to empower you to raise your light vibrations and live a pain-free life of love and happiness. It is possible, I know it because I have found it and helped many others to find it too. Although I trained and worked as a school teacher for almost 20 years, I knew that it was my life's purpose to share this knowledge with the world, and now that is what I get to do. As a spiritual life coach, I share the tools that I have found so liberating over the last 25 years and I LOVE it.
I believe in allowing my clients the freedom to own their own perception of source energy. I use inclusive terminology to enable this respect so that no one feels excluded or alienated .
