We are a small local Western Australian business and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We are primarily focused on providing a quality service to local businesses and residents in bushfire prone areas.We are based in Maida Vale, Western Australia and we service all areas of Perth and Regional Western Australia.
A Bushfire Attack Level Assessment is required to determine the fire risk of a proposed structure or dwelling. The BAL Assessors cannot perform a BAL Assessment (or bushfire risk assessment) without going to site and if you require a Bushfire Assessment Report to submit to your local Shire or council you will need a BPAD Accredited Level 1 Practitioner to perform the site assessment.
The BAL Assessor will be required to classify the vegetation in accordance with Australian Standard 3959-2009 Construction of buildings in bushfire prone areas on the day and it certainly pays to have the Asset Protection Zone (APZ) clear of all fuels before the Bushfire Consultant arrives, otherwise its possible to get a high BAL Rating.

A BAL Report (otherwise known as a bushfire assessment report) is a document that is provided on the completion of your BAL Assessment, some of the information it contains is:
