Appalling after-sales service. All sales staff are very pushy to sell, offer unsatisfactory after-sales care & are too expensive. I had been to this practice numerous times having bought 2 pairs of sunglasses and 2 pairs of prescription glasses. Also, my husband had bought prescription glasses there too. All of my purchases were expensive but particularly my prescription glasses that cost me in excess of $1000.00. My daughter accidentally stood on them and broke them so I spoke with my insurance company who requested I ask my Optometrist to make a statement that they were irreparable & to give a quote on replacement cost. Can you believe it but the woman I asked (where I have spent thousands of dollars) refused to do that for me yet agreed they were irreparable! I had similar bad customer service experience at this shop before but I tried to overlook it saying to myself it was just that one woman but I have now encountered a similar attitude from the other woman.
