In the practice of yoga, yogis are called to wake up their life force, or their “prana.” Prana is the power that flows in all living things; we all have prana, and there's no better way to notice it jolting us into action than through yoga and meditation.
In a yoga and meditation retreat, we practice our pranayama -- our consciousness of our breath. We explore all the good things pranayama can do for our mind and body: how it guides our thinking as well as our movement. After the retreat, we take our practice off the mat, and we carry these good vibes in our daily lives.
