Abdul Hoque, our founder has been a proud owner of several restaurants which include Burgercrave at Bondi Junction and Bombay Tiffin in Sydney. Abdul has several years of experience in experimenting with food and being a part of the food industry. He has also been associated with many restaurants such as Ambala Restaurant and Function Centre in Luna Park, Sydney and others.

With his passion for exceptional quality in food, our new Head Chef Mostafa formerly at the helm of Meat Market South Wharf Restaurant and Bar, Melbourne, for many years has joined us to give you a taste of the exciting cultural vibrancy in the food scene that Melburnians are always bragging about.

His attention to detail in his dishes create such a multifaceted taste in his offerings and his expertise in meats will make you a meat lover in a heartbeat. His philosophy of using the best and freshest quality ingredients creates an exciting symphony in your mouth.
