"When I am working with you I will be drawing from a broad base of life experience and my own healing journey and personal development, as well as 10 years of professional training, volunteering and working with people in my private practice. I am passionate about my work and I am dedicated to using my skills and knowledge to the best of my ability so that you will have a positive outcome. I enjoy grief work and helping people overcome their anxiety and sadness. Men's issues are also of great interest to me.
I have gained my inspiration for my work from personal experience and many leading practitioners and institutions. Being a counsellor has taken a great deal of time, energy, personal self-reflection, determination and learning and the journey will always be ongoing.
