We live in Townsville, Australia and absolutely love everything to do with health, fitness and wellbeing. It is our passion to educate women on how to workout, eat healthily, get in shape and maintain it for life.
Our training is based on a combination of strength and functional training. Our methods are simple and effective and over the years we have achieved amazing strength and aesthetic results for a large number of women.
We love lifting weights, it’s what we do best, and we want to teach women how to lift as safely and efficiently as possible so they can achieve their goals. However, training isn’t the only part of the picture that needs attention, nutrition and mindset are just as important to achieving and maintaining results and we love helping people improve every aspect.
