We don't currently have a creche option but we encourage our clients to bring their children when they need to.
We have just added a new Stretch and Mobility class to the timetable. This is a perfect add-on to all of your personal training, group training, women's fitness sessions in a pelvic floor safe environment.
Meet our newest Personal Trainer, Ash.
Ash is a very experienced yoga and pilates instructor with years of experience under her belt. She specialises in women's fitness, weight loss, strength training and pelvic floor safe exercise. A delight of a human who looks forward to meeting you soon

Outdoor Bootcamps Events raising funds for Mental Health Charities
Want to join a great community that will support your weight loss journey in a fun environment? At Your Fit, we really encourage achievable goal setting, which could be anything from joining a running event, triathlon, or fun run, to name a few. Your women's fitness journey could start with something as small as a weekly walking goal or as big as a marathon. You get to decide with all the support you need!
At Your Fit, our dietitians educate our clients on sustainable change with REAL food, not crazy diets. Our nutritional support, alongside your personal training, helps you achieve your weight loss goals and will get you results!
Our charity Bootcamp for mental health was a huge success, raising over $1000 for "The Black Dog Institute."
We had over 40 people attend, with plenty of new faces, all coming together for a great cause, a fun workout and a great start to the weekend.
We have been lucky enough to be nominated for the 2022 small business awards for nudgee in the health and fitness sector.

At Your Fit we offer online/remote personal training tailored to your needs. Whether its weight loss, women's fitness, strength training or HIIT we have the ability to set up your months ahead that can be performed in the space of your choice.
Our women's fitness personal training sessions will safely bring you back to your fitness goals after having a baby. Rectus diastasis is a common occurrence in post-pregnancy and, if not treated correctly, can leave you with long-term damage.
Pilates is a great addition to add into your personal training and womens fitness program. Most of our trainers are trained in this area, which compliments our client's experience.
Dietitian Sean Cornish of Your Fit, says the more time we can cook from our own kitchens and share meals with our family, the healthier our relationship with food will become. This also creates really healthy foundations for your children around food behaviours. The focus shouldn't be on weight loss, instead, it should be on education and joy around food in general.
