With the winter season steadily approaching, the Hunter has curated a special selection of seasonal dishes to warm your souls and indulge your senses. Start your feast with our rich Sticky Rib Bites, wild-caught King Prawns or our smoky Beef Burnt Rib Ends tacos. Then explore our mains offerings, including our Flame-Grilled Spatchcock, Charred Vegetable Salad, open-fired skewers and eight hour ribs. Gathering your tribe to dine? Discover our Hunter’s Tomahawk Feast including a 1.1kg Black Diamond Tomahawk, charred corn, truffle potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and choice of crispy chips or mixed leaf salad and sauce.
