We also deliver small group personal training sessions, for those that only have 30mins for a workout, but want fast results and 1:1 personal training sessions for that customise approach to reach your goals. Our brand new state of the art cardio and weight machines are so easy to use. Our sparkling bathroom has the amenities for you to get ready after a workout.
