At Shift Osteopathy, we are experienced in European Style Osteopathy – a non-invasive, drug-free manual medicine. Our practitioners do not prescribe medication. What we do is provide holistic therapy for the musculoskeletal system through manual therapy. To do so, we will first listen to your unique concerns and assess the physical structures that are potentially causing you pain. This allows us to treat you with targeted manual therapy and heal the tissue relieving the pain. From there, we’ll explain what needs to change while educating you on ways in which you should manage while transforming harmful habits. We don’t work on you without helping you be proactive about your own health and healing.
