Archie Rose is a craft spirits distillery and bar in Sydney’s suburb of Rosebery producing award-winning gin, vodka and limited-release spirits (and soon, whisky!).
With the highest purity copper shipped in from Europe then hand-hammered and fabricated to our exact specifications, our three copper pot stills (together with Master Distiller Dave Withers and our six strong distilling team) are responsible for producing our internationally award-winning range of gins, vodkas, whiskies and rums. Awarded one of the top three distilleries in the world for consumer experience, we open our doors to all those who wish to experience the best that authentic local distilling has to offer.
