Roselands Squash & Fitness Centre provides Gym and Squash to members and General Public. We have 5 Squash Courts, One Squash Court is glass back. We have 4 separate Gym areas, we have Unisex Gym and Ladies only Gym. The other Gym areas consist of Gym - cardio room, Gym - weights area and Gym - Aerobics Room. The Gym is fully renovated. We have several Squash Competitions eg Monday night Squash Comp, Tuesday night Squash Training, Thursday night Pennant Squash, and Thursday Junior Squash training and Junior Squash School Holiday Intensive Squash Programs, Friday night Squash Training and Saturday Round Robin Squash at 11am advance Squash Level, 1pm intermediate Squash Level, 3pm beginner Squash Level, all Squash levels are welcome. We have Permanent Squash booking and Casual Squash Booking service available and we also have Squash memberships. We provide Squash Restringing service and Squash Coaching for all levels, We have extensive range of Squash accessories like Squash racquets , Squash grips, Squash balls, Squash Shoes, Squash goggles, Squash wristband, Squash Headband, Hire Squash Racquets, etc and also gym accessories like Gym gloves, Gym belts, Gym bags, Gym towels etc. We also Provide Gym PT. We service customers for Gym and Squash from areas such as Roselands, Punchbowl, Wiley Park, Belmore, Kingsgrove, Beverly Hills, Narwee, Padstow, Riverwood, Revesby, Bankstown, and Lakemba.
