Monique Spinks, owner and founder of Winx Studio has over 6 years experience under her belt as a lash artist. She placed in the top 10 in Australia and NZ at the most recent Pro Series. Monique sincerely believes that experience plays a part in your lash career but your initial training is really where you make your craft.
