Confidentiality is maintained and you can totally relax in our comfortable soft arm chair.

There is no pressure on you to divulge anything if you don't wish to except for the basic reason you came.

Deeper more psychological sessions are also often very useful though not essential for your improvement.

Most issues can be covered due to my extensive experience over five decades.
