Sydney Holistic Dental Centre has been helping patients from all over Australia improve their oral and general health since 1983. The practice is home to six dental practitioners who share over 100 years of experience. Alongside them, four dental hygienists help detect, treat and, most importantly, prevent gum disease and tooth decay by creating effective home-care procedures for their patients.

The dental clinic has been designed to complement the practitioners’ holistic approach, with a calm and comfortable aesthetic. Meanwhile, state of the art technology is used to ensure any necessary treatment is performed quickly and effectively. Services include holistic dentistry, restorative, dental implants and Invisalign. The treatment of sleep disorders, breathing issues and chronic musculoskeletal pain as well as simple fillings and cosmetic dentistry, and of course, most importantly, preventative dentistry. However, whatever service you need, the difference is in the holistic approach.

Central to our philosophy is an understanding of the impact of infections in the gums, teeth or jawbone on your health. Also choosing filling materials that are not toxic, aesthetic, strong and are biocompatible with good health. The treatments of tension headaches, neck aches, migraines or jaw problems are also incorporated into holistic dentistry, together with nutritional and postural advice.

During the patient consultation, we want to get to know you and your health profile. This includes if there is any pain in the teeth or gums, if you’re experiencing headaches, neck aches or jaw and how you sleep. We also take digital scans to determine if there are any underlying dental concerns. We then have a detailed conversation about your oral health, how it relates to your general health and whether there are any steps we can take with you to improve your health as an individual.
