Wofür verwendet man Propylenglykol?Propylenglykol wird in der Kälte- und Klimatechnik sowie in der Lebensmittelindustrie zur Kühlung von Kühlsystemen eingesetzt. Glykol sorgt dafür, dass Ihre Kühl- oder Gefrierschränke länger halten und nicht von Faktoren wie Rost und Kalkablagerungen beeinflusst werden. Ohne den Einsatz von Glykol wird die Lebensdauer Ihrer Geräte deutlich reduziert.
Anwendung Propylenglykol
Unverdünntes / verdünntes Kühlmittel auf Basis von Propylenglykol ist für den Einsatz in nahezu allen Arten von Kühlsystemen geeignet. Die Glykole von Huchem enthalten Additive zur Verhinderung von Rost- und Kalkbildung, die die Lebensdauer der Anlagen erheblich verlängern und die Kontinuität des Prozesses in hohem Maße gewährleisten. Die Flüssigkeit kann problemlos in Systeme zugegeben werden, die bereits mit einem Kühlmittel auf Glykolbasis ausgestattet sind. Der Axti Temp P ist standardmäßig farblos / transparent, kann aber auch in den Farben blau und rot geliefert werden (auf Anfrage).
Gebrauchsanweisung
Das Produkt bietet unverdünnten Frostschutz bis ca. -57°C. Leeren Sie beim Neustart das gesamte System und reinigen oder spülen Sie es gründlich. Dann die gewünschte Menge Glykol zugeben. Lassen Sie das System langsam auf Betriebstemperatur kommen und lassen Sie die Luftblasen entweichen. Füllen Sie das System bei Bedarf wieder auf den gewünschten Füllstand.
