Mit Bewegung und Sport fühle ich mich als könnte ich Bäume ausreißen.Kennst Du dieses Gefühl?
Eine sehr schlimme Knieverletzung führte mich durch die Reha zum Krafttraining. Das Ziel war es meine Muskulatur wieder aufzubauen. Die Ärzte prognostizierten, dass ich mit 30 nicht mehr laufen könne.
Heute bin ich schmerzfrei und kräftiger als zuvor.
Ich bin seit Jahren Personal Trainerin. Das Training gestalte ich gerne abwechslungsreich. Je nach Wetterlage trainiere ich mit euch im Leo´s Sports Club oder auch im Freien.
Wir haben unsere Gesundheit und unsere Fitness zum großen Teil selbst in der Hand.
