Eine mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung lädt ein, einen erholsamen Urlaub in gemütlicher Atmosphäre mit einem besonderen Ambiente zu genießen.
Das historische Gebäude liegt neben dem Jentower, dem Campus und der Goethegalerie .
Parkplätze können hinter dem Haus in einer Tiefgarage gemietet werden. Allerdings ist die Lage so zentral, dass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist! Der Intercitybahnhof ist 1,2 km entfernt.
Eine Bäckerei für frische Frühstücksbrötchen ist im Haus ab 6 Uhr geöffnet. Frühstück kann aber auch in einer Kneipe der angrenzenden Wagnergasse (Jenaer Kneipenmeile) eingenommen werden.
Die 38 m² große Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnschlafzimmer mit TV und Dachterrasse, Abstellkammer, WC mit Dusche und Flur. Die Vermietung ist inclusive Handtücher und Bettwäsche.
Im Zentrum von Jena lade ich Sie ein, in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus Gast zu sein. In einem angenehmen, gemütlichen Ambiente können Sie wohnen und von dort aus die Klassikerstätten besuchen. Der Uni Campus, Goethegalerie und der historische Stadtkern, sind unmittelbar zu erreichen.
