MODERNER METALLVERARBEITERDie Etzold GmbH in Schmölln bei Altenburg ist ein moderner Metallverarbeiter, der aus Stahl, Edelstahl und Aluminium in Auftragsarbeit Bauteile fertigt.
In unseren zwei Werkhallen sind auf rund 1.600 Quadratmetern qualifizierte Konstrukteure, CAD-Spezialisten, Metallgestalter, Metallbauer und Schweißer tätig, die unter Einsatz moderner CNC-Maschinen qualitativ hochwertige Stahl- und Aluminiumkomponenten herstellen.
Aufgrund unseres Know-hows und unserer Erfahrung verstehen wir uns als kompetenten Zulieferer der Industrie mit ausreichenden Kapazitäten für Serienproduktionen.
Gleichzeitig führen wir das traditionelle Handwerk weiter, wie es Hufschmied und Firmengründer Erwin Etzold in seiner Werkstatt ab 1945 ausübte. Nach wie vor beherrschen wir die kunstvolle Schmiedearbeit, wie sie etwa für Tore, Vordächer, Geländer oder Balkone zum Einsatz kommt. Der Bereich Metall am Haus ist zusammen mit Städtearchitektur/Landschaftsbau unser zweites starkes Standbein.
2012 übernahm Torsten Etzold die Geschäfte von seinem Vater Wolfgang und führt seither das Familienunternehmen in der dritten Generation. Der innovationsfreudige Unternehmer führt die Tradition weiter, investiert aber noch verstärkt in den Maschinenpark und setzt auf Eigenentwicklungen wie den erfolgreichen Schwenkarm RAPTOR.
