Joe Cieslewicz joined First Command as a Financial Planner in May 1998. Previously, he served in the United States Air Force for 25 years and had a wide range of responsibilities from operations support to intelligence.
A graduate of Texas A&M Commerce with a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business, Joe holds Series 6, 63, 65 and 26 securities licenses plus Texas life and health insurance licenses. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Joe regularly hosts Lunch & Learn presentations at federal agencies, and he enjoys helping military families and federal employees integrate their benefits into a comprehensive financial plan to pursue their financial goals. A member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Air Force Association and Association of the United States Army, Joe enjoys golf, volksmarching and spending time with his wife.
