Nach erfolgreichen Jahren in der Führung, mit anschließenden 3 Jahren als Personalleiter für 900 Beschäftigte, kam der Zustand der Erschöpfung. Ich beendete meine Autohauslaufbahn. Ich entwickelte mich SELBER weiter.Schon einige Jahre hegte ich den Wunsch von einem Coachingraum mitten in der Natur. Ich wollte raus aus den „normalen“ Gebäuden und gerne mal ab vom Schuss sein. Das gibt ein freies Hirn und eine natürliche Ruhe um neue Gedanken zu fassen.
Da ich weder ein Grundstück noch ein Haus auf freiem Feld hatte, wurde die Idee von einem Bauwagen geboren. Ich kaufte einen alten, abgenutzten Bauwagen, baute ihn mit Hilfe meiner Söhne und meiner Partnerin komplett um und darf heute die Wiese eines benachbarten Landwirts als Standort nutzen.
