All food items are gluten-free, Halal certified, and vegetarian-friendly options are always available. We use rice-flour batter, gluten-free soy sauce, and procedures to reduce cross-contact. All chefs and staff speak English, so guests can discuss dietary requirements and ingredients with confidence. Our recipes were developed under a chef with over 45 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. We do not serve a substitute for tempura, but authentic tempura that Japanese people recognize and enjoy.
