もっと先にいる自分にスポットライトを当てれるように、 体の変化だけではなく、心の変化にも気づけるコーチングアプローチを取り入れたパーソナルトレーニングジムです。
【特徴】
MILL GYM（パーソナルトレーニングジム）

MILL MEDITATION（メディテーションルーム）
の3つを兼ね備えていて、ウェルビーイングを体験できる空間となっております。
パーソナルジムはボディメイクやダイエットが目的のため、顧客専用のメニューや食事管理で設定した目標に向かってトレーニングを行います。
そのようなジムが大半のなか、「MILL」ではお客様の理想を体型に限らず、メンタルや人生、交友関係の豊かさまで支援する三つの体制を整えています。
一つ目に、コーチング的アプローチにより顧客の意思を最優先にしつつ、その願いを引き出します。同時にMILL独自のノート（セルフコーチングノート）のやり取りやアップデートセッションを重ねながら、トレーニングを行います。
二つ目に、新設のメディテーションルームで瞑想を行うことができます。瞑想は「脳と心の筋トレ」とも言われています。習慣的に繰り返すことでストレス低減だけでなく、集中力アップや自己実現できるメンタルを育てることが可能です。
三つ目に、トレーニング前後に利用できる、テレワークを行うことができるオープンスペースを用意しています。イベントなども定期的に実施し、同スペースを共有する顧客が新しいコミュニティを形成することが期待できます。
