Good day, I'd like to ask what will i do to get my ITR coz as far as i remember i did not update it,,, the first and last company that gives me my ITS was my first company in 2006 then i transferred to different companies but i didnt stay for long untill the time that i went to our private and worked in the local government unit in our municipality for 15 mos but i ont know also if i have it there and i transferred to bureau of immigration last may 2012... I need to get my ITS.. id like to ask what shall i do to get it and what form do i have to get? Thank you,,
