How professional Shopwise employees are? January 30, 2016 I went to shopwise to buy some grocery then when I was about to pay in the counter. I went to 12pcs below counter because I feel that the cashier will punch the items I'm about to purchase since it was in the basket. When I was about to take my turn the cashier from another counter for 12pcs approach me. "Sir dito po" while pointing on the counter. I was about to transfer then she saw my items. I know its more than 12 pcs but this not so pleasant looking cashier told me that its for 12 pcs below items lang po Sir. For a costumer waiting in a long line, I believe its normal to react and ask the person that is asking you to transfer " Seriously pipila ulit ako?". However I know that I'm wrong my item is morethan 12, so I transferred to the counter next to that which is servicing morethan 12 items. So I let it go instead of arguing with that ugly cashier.
