Serbiz was established November 08, 2005. The Cooperative started with a member of 300 and now with almost 4000 members and still growing.
Accordingly, the Cooperative’s worker-members will have gainful livelihood. Therefore, earning potentials become greater which will result to continual advancement in quality of life for our worker-members. This is what we refer to as the Win-Win Solution.
The cooperative structure and its principles have provided the key ingredients to this Win-Win Solution. The arrangement allows continuous service of our worker members beyond the practice of 5 months. Therefore, recurring recruitment as well as training costs can be avoided and savings is realized. Higher productivity can likewise be achieved as a result of the continuous use of their learned skills.
Serbiz Cooperative as reflected in the mindset of our worker-members has been transformed from that of employee to entrepreneur. Thus, owner-members who service client-companies are driven to work toward mutually beneficial business opportunities and partnerships instead of the traditional employment.
